Material: Toronto-born singer-composer Laura Bradley presents edgy and emotionally expressive compositions best described as a cross between Seattle rock band Heart and the ultra-dramatic orchestration of European artists such as Kate Bush and Peter Gabriel. Foregoing the standard classic rock clichés, Bradley skillfully builds upon
a power-chord base with a compelling array of arpeggios and triads. Throw in a subtle show tune dynamic, and what you have is an eclectic and interesting selection of songs.
